Merchants Decor ("we," "us," "our") runs the online store at merchantsdecor.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from us, how we use it, and what choices you have.

- Messages you send us (for example, support emails).
- Your email address if you sign up for drop announcements. (A drop waitlist is coming soon.)
Payment information
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. The payment provider handles it under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) collected by our store platform and through cookies or similar tools.
- We do not store your personal information in analytics platforms.
2. How we use it
- To take, make, ship, and support your order.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your questions.
- To send drop announcements and marketing emails only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Store platform: Dukaan hosts our store and processes order data.
- Production and shipping: Printful prints and ships every mug. It receives your name, shipping address, and order details, and it hands packages to shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Payment processor: Stripe.
- Automation tools that pass order details between our store and Printful (n8n).
- Email tools that send our order and marketing emails (Dukaan).
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies
Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some store features may not work without them.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (7 years). We keep marketing-email data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time using the link in the email.
- Access, correct, or delete: Email info@merchantsdecor.com to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We may need to confirm who you are first. We may keep some records the law requires.
- Depending on the state you live in (for example, California, Colorado, Virginia, and others), you may have more rights under state privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as those laws require.

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards. No online service is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our store is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We sell and ship only within the United States, and your information is processed in the U.S.
